Flourish51’s Design for Health Equity services, are driven by a deeply personal and professional mission: to transform healthcare through the lens of equity, empathy, and lived experience. We believe that high quality healthcare is a right and not a privilege. We recognize and have direct experience with the profound consequences of systemic gaps in care—gaps that disproportionately affect marginalized communities.

Flourish51’s Community Ideation Labs provide underrepresented groups with a nurturing environment and safe space to collaboratively dream big and forge groundbreaking solutions.
We believe asking the tough questions helps us create solutions that redesign systems to align with equity. Our labs provide space to ideate on visionary questions such as: How might we design entirely new systems and opportunities for our communities?

Our Flourishing by Design services empower trailblazing leaders to embed the principles of diversity and equity into their organization’s DNA using the power of human-centered design.
Our approach empowers teams to use design thinking to co-create transformative organizational changes & cultural shifts. We begin with facilitated empathy dialogues—honest, human conversations in multiple formats that uncover diverse experiences and perspectives.
